Warranty

All our products carry a 60-month warranty against manufacturing defects, and inherent termite and borer issues. The warranty, however, does not cover:

  • Upholstery
  • Coverings
  • Cushion covers.

Repairs/returns/replacements if any are required under the warranty shall be done as the Company sees deems.

Delivery & Installation

Shipping & Delivery

At KREA, we believe in crafting meaningful living experiences through our furniture and design objects. We extend the same philosophy to our shipping and delivery process—ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience while upholding the quality and care that define our brand.

1. Shipping Zones and Freight Charges

We currently offer shipping across India. Delivery charges are based on your order value and are structured as follows:

  • The shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the total order value.

2. Delivery Process & Timelines

  • Standard Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 weeks, depending on product availability, location, and production lead time.
  • Custom Orders: Made-to-order and bespoke pieces may take additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Scheduling Delivery: Our team will coordinate with you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.

3. Delivery Terms and Conditions

A. Service Lift & Ground Floor Delivery
  • If the building has a service lift available, the furniture will be delivered to your designated space.
  • In the absence of a service lift, delivery will only be made up to the ground floor of the building.
  • If stairway access is required for delivery to a higher floor, additional charges may apply, and feasibility will depend on staircase dimensions.
B. Failed Delivery Attempts
  • Our delivery team will make up to two additional attempts if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
  • If all delivery attempts fail due to unavailability, incorrect address details, or lack of access, re-delivery charges will apply.
C. Delayed or Rescheduled Delivery
  • If you request a delayed delivery, or if the delivery is delayed due to your unavailability, a grace period of 7 days will be provided.
  • Beyond this, a Holding Cost / Delayed Delivery Charge will be applicable on a weekly basis based on your total order value.

4. Important Considerations for Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we strongly advise checking the following:

A. Product Fit & Access
  • Before placing your order, please verify that the furniture dimensions are suitable for:
    • Doorways
    • Stairways
    • Elevators
    • Entry corridors
  • The company will not be liable for failed deliveries or damages if the product does not fit through the access points.
B. Site Readiness
  • Ensure that the space is ready and accessible for delivery.
  • In case of construction, renovation, or delays in site readiness, the Holding Cost policy will apply if delivery is postponed.

Damaged good returns

Cancellation

Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns/Replacements

If you have received a product that is damaged or defective or if you have received the wrong product, you must immediately notify the delivery personnel and write to KREA Customer Care at contact@kreaworld.com. The Company may replace the product or initiate a return or take any other corrective measure as it deems fit. Returns are only allowed in case of damaged or defective products at delivery.

Please Note: Once you have signed for the product at delivery, it cannot be replaced or returned. Please check the product before signing for it.

Refund 

In the event of you receiving a damaged and defective product, the Company may initiate a refund. Within 30 days of approval, the amount you have paid will be refunded either through NEFT, cash, or the original mode of payment.
